1.For skin incision are made on the abdominal wall to insert Laparoscope and instruments (see Fig. 1).

2.TV monitor which is connected to laparoscope provides the view of intraabdminal cavity. Surgeons control operative procedure via TV monitor without touching to gallbladder directry.

3.Gallbladder(1) is feed from neighboring organs such as liver(2), bile duct(3) and then extracted through skin incision.

4.LC reduces postoperative pain and disability and provides cosmetic benefit (see Fig.5). Because of less pain, patients can eat and walk by the following day.
LC is so profitable as stated above, but it can not apply to all gallbladder. For example, some cases of gallbladder with severe inflammation are not applicable. It is necessary for all patients to ask for surgeon's advise if this is the case for LC or not.
